For OCD, PTSD, and Anxiety Disorders
Many of our clients come to Clearview OCD Counseling after feeling defeated by past treatment attempts — months or even years of therapy that didn’t bring relief. Some have endured hospital stays that felt dehumanizing or programs that treated symptoms but missed the person as a whole.
If that sounds familiar, please know this: you are not “treatment-resistant.” The treatment you received simply wasn’t the right fit — yet.
At Clearview, we specialize in helping people who have struggled to find progress elsewhere. Our Individualized Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is designed for clients who need more than weekly therapy but want to stay connected to their everyday lives. Every detail of your treatment plan is personalized — addressing not only anxiety, trauma, and obsessive-compulsive symptoms, but also the shame and burnout that can follow when the mental health system fails to help.
With Clearview’s Individualized IOP, you’ll receive a customized plan that may include:
- Two or more 90–120-minute sessions per week for deeper, focused work
- Group therapy to connect with others and practice new coping skills
- Collaboration with multiple Clearview clinicians for diverse expertise
- Coordinated referrals to medication prescribers we have personally vetted and trust
- Between-session coaching and family involvement to strengthen support
- Targeted homework that supports your in-session progress
- Coordination with your external providers for cohesive, not fragmented, care

Our clinicians use evidence-based therapies such as Exposure with Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). These approaches are integrated to treat you as a whole person, not just a diagnosis.
The structure and intensity of this model help build momentum in recovery — reducing the space between sessions so new habits take hold, old patterns lose strength, and progress accelerates.
Choosing an individualized IOP for OCD, PTSD, or anxiety is a commitment to your healing — and an investment in relief, not years from now, but starting today.
